Today I want to share with you this banner I made.
I made it using the kit from Discount Paper Crafts. You can find it here. I cut out the pendants using my cricut. I used the Art Philosophy cartridge. I then ran it through my sizzix using a embossing folder. I made the folded paper rosettes and placed some stickers on the middle.
