Verve card. Galatians 6:9

Hey there everyone. 

I have another fabulous card for you for Verve Stamps. 

I used the Pink Paislee Hope Chest paper collection. It is gorgeous. The card is standard measurements. I used some Vintage photo distress ink around the edges of all the paper and elements. There is alot of layers in this card....

I used some of the paper goods that go with the collection too. I used a Leaky Shed chipboard circle that I painted with some gesso. I also used some gorgeous trim from Websters Pages and some satin ribbon I had in my stash. I tied a bow with some seam binding and hid it under the Manor House Creations flower and the Kaisercraft chipboard leaf. I also cut in half a doily that I layered all the paper and other goodies on. 

I used vintage photo distress ink to stamp my sentiment which is the Galatians 6:9 stamp.

Hey everyone. Hope everyone is having a great day. 

I have a card to share with you today. This card is for Verve Stamps. 

I used the Kaisercraft 75Cent collection. I thought I would some more green since St. Patricks day is coming up. I love this paper collection. I used some of the stickers from the collection. I used some lace that I had in my stash. I colored 1 of them with a spray. I also used gorgeous flowers from Manor House Creations. The flowers were white but I colored them with some spray. The stamp I used is the Proverbs 3:5 Plain Jane. I love this verse.

Lindy's Stamp Gang Eggstreme contest entry.

Hello everyone. 

I am so excited to share with you my entry for the LSG Eggstreme contest.

I had a vision but once I started creating I was so stumped. I almost threw out the egg. But I decided to go a little darker then I wanted but I love how it turned out. 

. I got the egg at the craft store. It is huge. I knew I wanted it to be big so I can display it for easter. For the egg I painted it with gesso and then used a mask and some spackling.... its like moldeling paste just cheaper... hehe. I started off using a lot of light color sprays but it was not turning out so I went a little darker with the sprays. 

 I used the Kaisercraft 75 cent collection. I used some of the die cuts and stickers. I used a Cheery Lynn doily die cut. I used some trim that I received from a friend. The flowers are from Manor House Creations. I sprayed them with some Lindy's. I painted this wood candle stick with black acrylic paint.

Altered Bird Cage.

I have done it again. My new favorite altered projects to do is bird cages. 

I made this one using the Prima Divine collection. I used a lot of embellishments from the collection as well as some from other Prima collections. I used some flowers from the Divine collection and some flowers that are Wild Orchid Crafts. I used lots of lace.

It is a lot of fun altering these bird cages. I have to hold back on a lot of embellishing. I just love how it looks on the candlestick.

Altered cigar box. Project for The Piece by Piece.

Hello everyone. 

Today I want to share this cigar box that I altered. I made this for a lady who gifted me a lot of cigar boxes. 

This is a design team project for The Piece by Piece. 

For the box I used the Prima Divine paper. I really love how it turned out. I used some Wild Orchid crafts flowers that I painted. I also used the Tim Holtz dress form which I painted an added some texture paste.

A Mans Heart. Verve Stamps.

I hope everyone had a great week. 

Today I have a card to share with you. I made this card for Verve stamps. 

I used the Prima Divine paper. I also used one of the Prima flowers vines from the collection. I crinkled the paper and distressed it to give it a shabby look. I used a chipboard piece from the Divine collection as well.  I used some silk ribbon and some seam binding. 

I used the Proverbs 16:9 plain Jane stamp. I love this verse. I used the Prima chalk ink - Tin can to stamp the verse.

Today is my first post for Verve Stamps. 

I made this card using Kraft card stock. I used the My minds eye Memorable collection. The stamp I used is Fluttering By.  I also used the Vintage Oval  Cut above to stamp my sentiment on. I used a stencil and some modeling paste to create the texture and honey comb background.
